After completing the questionnaire, our certified trainer will create a personalized fitness guide, which will be emailed to you. This guide is online-only, and may or may not be received before or after your order.

4. What should I do if I don't receive my guide?
If you haven’t received your guide within a few days of completing the questionnaire, please check your spam folder. If it’s still not there, contact us at info@momentumfitness.com for assistance.

5. What shipping options are available?
We offer free standard shipping within the USA. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically shipped within 3-5 business days. For some products, shipping may take 4-9 days after processing.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled within the processing and shipping timeframes. You may request a cancellation only if the package is delayed more than 30 days. Otherwise, cancellations are not accepted.
